Swim/Hike Coach
After a decorated career in triathlon and swimming, Carol has several decades of coaching professionals and amateurs in swimming, open water swimming, triathlon, Xterra’s, FINA WC’s and the Olympic Trials. She is great at coaching the fear out of the open water swimmers and keeps the group safe while teaching all aspects of the sport. A huge asset to the EC staff.
